About DTS

In 1979 two computer geeks started DTS in their garage and front living room. In their first year of business, DTS serviced MITS Altair computers – the first personal computer. Over the years DTS has grown and changed with the computer industry.  We offer a wide range of services for a wide range of customers from the design and maintenance of a multi-state wide-area network (WAN) to a small business owner with a single laptop. 

From the beginning, DTS has separated itself from the competition by providing good quality computer service on a multitude of computer hardware and operating systems.  On the average, DTS service engineers (SEs) have nine years of experience at DTS and SEs come to DTS with previous computer-service experience.  All of DTS’s SEs that work on PCs are A+ certified and have a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certification or have a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.  

DTS has been an authorized reseller of Hewlett-Packard and Compaq computer hardware since 1987.  For over ten years, DTS has been an authorized warranty service provider for Hewlett-Packard and Compaq.  DTS has been a Microsoft Certified Partner since 1997.

DTS specializes in small and medium business, but we also have customers with networks that have hundreds of computers.  We have the expertise and the passion to provide high quality, professional service to every customer.
