DTS Labor Warranty |
| Repairs
provided as part of our Hardware Maintenance Agreements are warranted until the
Hardware Maintenance Agreement is terminated. For all other services,
our labor is warranted for 90 days. For parts and computer hardware,
the manufacturer's warranty will apply. |

Expedite Service |
| Network and Equipment Repair service requests
can be expedited for an additional charge. With Expedite service, DTS will respond
to your service request in as little as four business hours. Ask for Expedite Service
for those critical times when your network or computer hardware needs service
quickly! |

Estimates |
| With today's complex computer hardware, an
accurate estimate can only be provided by completing the repair. Since proper
diagnosis is the most time-consuming part of the repair, DTS does not provide
free estimates. Are you concerned that a repair will be too expensive? Let DTS
recommend a repair cost limitation. See our Not-To-Exceed policy. |

Not-To-Exceed |
| With DTS's Not-To-Exceed policy, a repair cost
limit is set. If the repair cannot be completed for this amount or less, our service
engineer will contact you with a quote of the repair costs for your approval. If the
repair quote is declined, a fee for our diagnostic labor will be charged. Ask for our
assistance with setting the not-to-exceed limitation for your computer
hardware. |

Uneconomical Repair |
| When a DTS service engineer considers a repair
to be uneconomical, the engineer will contact you with a quote for the repair. If
the repair quote is declined, a fee for our diagnostic labor will be charged. Ask
your DTS service engineer for advice on a suitable replacement! |

No Problem or Trouble Found |
| A DTS service engineer will test your computer
hardware to duplicate the reported problem. Sometimes, as with intermittent problems,
the failure cannot be observed. In this case, our engineer will inspect, adjust,
clean, lubricate, and test your computer hardware. There will be a charge for this
labor. |

Data Protection |
| DTS is not responsible for the loss or damage of
data or the cost of data restoration. The customer is responsible for adequate
duplication of all programs and data. |

Minimum Parts Orders |
| DTS has a $25.00 minimum parts order amount.
If your purchase is less than the minimum order amount, a handling fee will be
charged. |
|
Return of Parts |
| Parts purchased from DTS must be returned
within seven (7) days. If a part is returned, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
All returns must be accompanied with the proof of purchase, the original packaging,
software, and documentation. DTS may verify that the part is in good working order
before a refund is given. No returns will be accepted for special order parts or
for components such as IC's, capacitors, and transistors. |
