Services Offered |
| DTS offers three service products: Time and Material Service, Hardware Maintenance
Agreement Service, and Network Service Agreement Service. All of our customers use our
T&M Service, but many customers use all three service products. The benefit of
offering multiple services is that our customers can tailor DTS services to meet
their computer service needs and budget. |

Time and Material (T&M) Service
|
| All of our customers use our T&M Service. With T&M services,
DTS services computer hardware, such as printers, PC clients, and PC servers, and operating system
software, such as Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003, and Linux. The biggest advantage
of T&M services is its flexibility since our service engineers provide a wide range of computer
services for an hourly rate. The biggest disadvantage is that there is no guarantee of response;
typically, we respond to a T&M service request the following business day. See the Time & Material

Network Service Agreement (NSA) Service
|
| Most small businesses have a network, but it is not cost effective
to hire an employee to manage their network. These businesses still need someone to
keep a watchful and knowledgeable eye on their network at a reasonable
cost. For these businesses, NSA service fulfills
this need. With NSA service, a block of hours is pre-purchased at a reduced hourly rate, and a DTS
network engineer is assigned to your account. The advantages of this service are the guaranteed
4-hour emergency telephone response and having your network overseen on a regular basis by a
knowledgeable service engineer at a fraction of the cost of having someone on staff. Call DTS for

Hardware Maintenance Agreement (HMA) Service

| HMA service is primarily used for critical computer hardware, such
as your Windows servers and network printers. With HMA service, DTS not only guarantees our response,
but also, through the use of loaner hardware and extensive parts inventory, assures that your computer
hardware will be up and running within 24 hours of our on-site response. The biggest advantages of HMA
service are the guaranteed response, guaranteed uptime, and, with set monthly rates, easy to budget
